We have come to the end of the year. For that, I will summarize what I've been liking, keeping it being liked, or whatever thing is my favorite for around 2016. These might be the later product, limited edition, some which doesn't get produced anymore, or a new product I got this year. Let's go.

I bought another BB cream from KATE. This is the new type of Mineral BB Gel Cream, which I have bought twice. Mineral Mask BB is specifically for dry skin, but after using it, I think it's quiet the same. Let's see about its new packaging and formula on my post. Click more.

A'pieu is a Korean brand under ABLE C&C Co., Ltd. I got a sample after purchasing Mamonde Cover Powder Cushion and so, I only tried its sample. It comes with SPF30 / PA++. There are two types of Lighting series, the Luster-Lighting and the Water-Lighting. My guess is the Luster-Lighting to create dewy finish and the Water-Lighting is to create moist & perfect skin without blemishes. I might be wrong though because it's hard to find description about this product.

I will try to explain on how I usually apply my base makeup. Every product has different way to applied, based on skin type and condition. For me, I have very dry skin (lacks of oil and some fine lines around mouth) and very lack of hydration (usually flaky around eyebrow, nose, chin, and around the corner of my mouth). So now, I will write the best way I applied my base makeup. It's all about cream type, because you know how to use powder, right? And I skipped primer/moisturizer. I must use them on all my face because everything around it are very dry, including my forehead and eyebrow!

I know it's too late for my review. I think this range is already discontinued in Korea, placed by Blooming Fit. Oh man, it's when Etude still used Sandara Park as their model. And the item I used is already more than a year old. But back then, I hate this BB cream. It's sticky, oily, and cakey. Yeah, that's when I applied it by fingers.

So far, Heroine Make has released two types of BB cream, which are Protect UV Mineral BB Cream and Lasting Mineral BB Cream. But I just saw the Protect UV type sold here for now. The other one has SPF34 / PA++, which already good enough to stand against UV rays for a few hours. Sadly, even though I have read about UV protection system, I never care to see for how long it is. Same as the loose powder, their BB cream only have two shades, 01 Light and 02 Natural. Oh by the way, the model for Kiss Me Heroine Make right now is MAGGY. I don't know why most of Japanese models are half or from Western lineage, example Canmake used Yagi Arisa or Shiseido Maquillage used Mizuhara Kiko.

So, do you know Isehan Kiss Me Heroine Make? I have reviewed its Smooth Liquid Eyeliner. It's the first liquid eyeliner I bought and the first eyeliner that I found easy to use. I'm still using it until now. It's not as sharp as before and I think to buy another one in brown color when I go to Singapore next September, but I found its logo in Guardian drugstore!! Don't you feel excited? Although the product hasn't come out yet, but the logo is already there, so maybe just a few more days to wait. By the way, its eyeliner is my most favorite, more than Canmake Strong Eyes Liner and Etude House Oh m'eye line or what. It's easy to clean off but also waterproof (and smooth tip to use). Don't forget that Heroine Make also produced softlens, though it's rarely known of.

Another brand that is famous from Isehan is Heavy Rotation, but it might take more time for it to be sold here. I'm already excited about Heroine Make, moreover if my country would imported the BB cream and powder (because Heroine Make's specialty is eye makeup and it's rare for them to sell base make). Heroine Make is also famous, used by many beauty bloggers I found on Youtube and their blogs. So, wait for it okay? I'm excited (and sad) that I must collect money to buy another good brand from Japan. I hope Kanebo KATE will be next to be sold here. Kiss Me Heroine Make famous character is Marie Antoinette-like (named Elizabeth Himeko) girl that has big sparkly eyes, together with her white cat (Silfi?). Below are some pictures of the brand:




UPDATE : I went to Aeon Mall (BSD Serpong) and purchased a few Kiss Me Heroine Make items. But I also saw Kiss Me Heavy Rotation mascara, eyeliner, and lip essence. So, Isehan will brought both Heroine Make and Heavy Rotation to Indonesia! Yay...

I know that I'm being inconsistent of purchasing makeup item. I shouldn't buy another base/foundation anymore sinced I have 4-5 BB creams / liquid foundations and 4-5 powder-types. I don't know when will I finish those items because I'm not a touch-up person (my skin is dry) and because I often just using a little ammount of it. Then, seeing that Canmake Perfect Serum BB Cream has invaded Indonesia, I bought it quickly. Well, I know I'm also tempted upon seeing Smooth Liquid Foundation, but considering its price is twice than the BB cream, I chose the cheaper. Please take a note that I must collect my money for my travelling on the end of September.

Skin79 is a Korean brand famous for its BB cream, although they also produced makeup properties. The most famous BB cream ranges is the Color BB Series, different bottle color with different functions. I have tried the Oriental Gold BB cream Plus version (the one in gold bottle and added lipgloss/cream cheek), also from a sample, and even though it blended very well with my skin, I could feel oily and sticky. Yup, the BB cream is too sticky, it makes my face shine even though my skin is dry. Maybe because I don't like overly shiny face, I don't want to buy the full bottle. Now, after purchasing Canmake at Beauty Store, they gave me this 2 sachets BB cream sample from purple color, famous for dry skin. The BA saw my face and she immediately knew about my skin type. Purple is very good at moisturizing, also with high SPF 40 PA+++. Skin79 website is here.

My eyes has been suffering from myopia & astigmatism sinced middle school. At that time, the myopia caused by electronic watching/reading was -1.5 with right axis 1. Now, after I graduated from university, my myopia increased to -2.5 and both eyes suffered axis 1. Well, ever sinced middle school, although I owned glasses, I didn't intend to use it except in class. I ignored the fact that I must use glasses in everydays activities, including walking, studying, even driving a car! The bright and clearer vision effect in using glasses makes me avoiding it for these past years and although I don't use glasses, the increasing chance is minimal.

It's surprisingly easy to write my everyday life and hobbies rather than game review. Of course it is, since I don't need to take time playing a game first then remembering the scene, capturing CGs, and writing on MS Word. For miscellanous reviews like this, just needs some time at office to leisurely create another idea. Moreover, my time of playing otome games was getting hindered by my sister who insisted to watch anime with her every night.


As I've wrote previously, I went to Thailand (Bangkok) for a week. And this is what I have bought on my trip. I won't write about what clothes/bags I bought because it's not that great. Just a normal dress and it's cheap. What I would write is about makeup I bought at Watsons. I rarely goes to Watsons in my country because most of it are filled with Western brands/made in Indonesia, which I don't really like. The brands will makes my skin/lips dry, some like Garnier BB Cream makes my face feels hot when applying. They are cheaper and exactly not cute/classy. All makeup packagings in our Watsons are unattractive, dull, and same between brands. Okay, you can blame me for not loving Indonesian products but it's true that they're unsuitable for me and that is what made me refuse to try makeup until I found Korean/Japanese cute packaging & moist products, in my last university days.
