Steam Cream collaborating with movic made the character of Nyanko-sensei,

the dog youkai turned to a cat-like being, to be the design of its steam cream.

To tell you the truth, I could find Steam Cream everywhere in Japan,

even at a local product shop in Nara.

They made a steam cream too for their deer icon at Nippon Ichi store.

There are two versions of Nyanko-sensei,

Temari=Japanese snowball/handball game and Kusabana=flower.

I chose Kusabana so I can see any kind of Nyanko-sensei's features.
Temari only has one picture of Nyanko-sensei playing balls.

but seems like a steamed scent lavender or dry flower.

 In the official website, it even said that the cream is safe to be used on mouth.

Look at it.

My hand became very oily.

But the after effect is soft.

 I thought steam cream is similar to body lotion.
But after reading the FAQS, it is a multi-function cream.

It feels sticky of course.

But at the same time, it is lighter than most cream body lotion.

I feel my rough dry hands are smoother than before.

Because the cream calms down dry skin.

But for longer effect, I don't think it will last after you don't use it often.

I might not use it on face because it feels very sticky.

I live in a hot weather country anyway.

I have tried using it as face mask.

After washing it with Senka facewash, the effect is still there.

The cream made my skin elastic and a bit bouncy.

But it is also a bit sticky, in good way.
I have my own face cream, and using it like a mask
prolongs my daily skincare routine.
So I will keep using this cream for body, not face.
And for primer, it is very good.
It does not feel sticky after powder.
But after removing makeup, my skin became soft.

Anyways, this cream is very useful for people with dry skin like me.

And I will try it on hair too, because my hair frizz a lot.

MY THOUGHTS OF STEAM CREAM:

+ Moisturizing and safe ingredients.

+ Can be used for whole body and face.

+ A large size and only needs a tiny cream for whole face.

+ Weird smell of dry flower but it is not strong.

+ The cream makes my face bouncy and soft.

+ Does not feel heavy.
+ Not expensive for a bulky size.
+ Using it on face will a soft after effect, like using facemask. It helps to prolong the staying power for powder too.

- Of course I dislike anything sticky and oily. But the effect is good and can be used anywhere on whole body.
