This is about my third Japan trip.

Actually, it should be from Mar 15 at 23.45 o'clock.

But the flight got delayed until Mar 16 at 03.20 o'clock.

I flew with Garuda Indonesia, and the only compensation

they gave us is the lounge.

 This trip will combine the elegance of snow and the fleeting sakura.

 We also got trouble when our Hokuto 8 train was suspended.

As I have told earlier, the plane was delayed.

My third trip was including me, my younger sister, my mom, and the friend of my sister.

So it's a four people trip.

 

You will see the result from this shoes later after I've arrived in Tokyo.
 

Since the plane was delayed, the four of us were waiting in the Garuda lounge from

20.00 to 02.00 o'clock.

We were very tired and sleepy at that time.

But we must stay awake.

So I got us a can of beer so we can sleep better on flight later.

 When we arrived in the plane at 03.20,

we finally fell asleep tightly until maybe 08.00.

After that, is a breakfast time.

I didn't take picture of the breakfast, it was bad for my taste too.

 

We arrived at Haneda International Airport Terminal 3 around 11.00.

But we must wait for our baggage first, until 11.30 maybe.

Then, I went to JR Pass ticket office around 12.00

because we used JR East-South Hokkaido Rail Pass and must exchange it.

Thankfully, the JR ticket office, which usually took an hour queuing, was empty.

I quickly went in as the first customer, and chose the train to Sapporo.

First, we must use shinkansen Hayabusa to Shin-Hakodate Hokuto station.

Then, we went to Sapporo with Hokuto limited express train.

All can be bought in the JR ticket office after I exchanged JR Pass.

 

 Since the plane got delayed, the train to Sapporo also until night.

We got the last Hokuto train scheduled for 22.45 o'clock.

We also almost got left by Hayabusa (green),

because we came in Komachi (red) first.

Hayabusa and Komachi connected until Morioka Station.

Since our seat was in car 2, we spent time from the 11th car or so to car 2.

It was 7C outside, but I got sweat a lot by taking our luggage to car 2 inside the train.

 

Finally in Shin-Hakodate Hokuto station, there was snow outside.

It's my first time seeing snow, being alive in tropical country all my life.

I'm so happy even though it's already night time and very tired.

 

Finally, we arrived at Sapporo around 23.00 o'clock, it snowed a lot.

We were searching for our hotel, JR Inn Sapporo.

That is the easiest thing to find since it's close to the station, should be.

But we didn't know where was the exit and we must check in fast before 12.00.

Thankfully, a lady told us where it is from Sapporo Station,

she even go with us until the nearest intersection.

It was snowing a lot and we have 2 baggages each.

After arriving at the hotel, I took a bath and then sleep tightly.

 

 

In the morning, our breakfast from JR Inn Sapporo is only breads.

Around 5 kind of breads was there, but I only took 3-4 breads.

But there was a delicious Hokkaido milk pudding I like.

Our trip today is to Otaru, and it's free with our JR Pass.

We can take any train to Otaru.

 

Surprisingly, being in tropical country didn't make me feel cold.

The only thing I hate was the black snow.

They are very slippery.

But thankfully, my shoes is water resistant for 2 hours, so it's not a big problem.

Our trip to Otaru was very smooth for 35 minutes with rapid train free by JR Pass.

But we didn't know what comes ahead.

 

 Otaru is snowing a lot!

We couldn't walk quickly due to slippery snow.

But it's not freezing, so it's okay.

The first place we went to, sell sakura mochi.

So I bought it and we all tried the pretty sakura mochi with sakura leaf.

The sakura leaf is very salty though, combined with sticky rice.

Overall, it was satisfying.

Then, we ate lunch at Naruto Otaru.

It was a bit far from the canal though.

But we were happy to finally found the canal.
 

After taking numerous pictures at the canal, we went to Snoopy Cha-ya.

But we didn't buy anything there, only sightseeing.

Then, the next was the music box museum.

So many pretty music box there, but we also didn't buy anything.

 

 After that, we decided to go back to Sapporo around 16.00.

We already tired from all the snow walking with hiking shoes.

It was very slippery and I almost fall a few times (thankfully my mom could follow us).

We waited around 30minutes at Minami-Otaru station under 0C temperature!

At night, our dinner was from Akakuma Kitchen in Daimaru Sapporo.

The taste was good, especially since it used cheese.

 

 

Yep. it is a tour from Klook.

We decided to buy it as a tour so we could go further north than Sapporo.

Asahikawa is for Asahiyama Zoo, Biei is for Shikisai no Oka,

and Furano for Ningle Terrace.

  First. we should go to Sapporo station bus stop around 8.00

in the morning to meet the tour guide.

And then, our tour begun.

 

The first place is Asahiyama Zoo.

We just have 1,5 hour to sightseeing there.

Thankfully, we could watch the penguin parade because the snow was still thick.

But a problem came as we didn't know the east gate and main gate.

We almost got left by the tour because of that.

And there were many stairs to the exit gate.

 

 After Asahiyama Zoo, it was Shikisai no Oka.

The four of us didn't go snow mobile-ing.

Me, my sister, and her friend only played snow rafting there.

 

By snow rafting, I mean this boat.
 

I ate the lavender ice cream there and bought a few souvenirs.

But except for playing, Shikisai no Oka is boring for me.

My next destination is the Christmas Tree.

I only took a few pictures there and didn't go as far as the other people.

There are many Indonesian people at my tour, around 5 or 6,

but we pretend to not know.

 

 The last destination in the tour was Furano Ningle Terrace!

That's my wishlist since I bought the tour package.

 Sadly, a few souvenir shops were closed and my sister couldn't buy anything there.

It's only a souvenir shops and cafe.

I didn't feel like buying anything there so we went back to bus quickly,

as the only time we got is for only 40 minutes from bus parking lot.

 

The night after this tour, we ate ramen at Susukino.

Not in the ramen alley, but at the mall.

It was surprisingly good, compared to other ramen.

This is the last time we ate dinner in Sapporo.

Because the next destination is Hakodate.

 

 

 

 

It was supposed to be a smooth trip to Hakodate.

But our train, Hokuto 8, stopped for 2 hours.

Until it was 15.00, we must change to JR bus from Oshamambe Station

to Hakodate Station for another 2 hours ride.

This is the nightmare.

To get to the bus in front of the station, we must walk through two stairs, up and down.

We must bring our two luggages while walking on the stairs,

everyone was running to the bus.

I sprained my right hand, it was swollen!

 

the train workers gave us mineral water and Calorie Mate.
 

After arriving at JR Inn Hakodate at 17.00 o'clock, right in front of our bus stop,

we left our luggage at the hotel and strolling around town.

Hakodate is a much peaceful town compared to Sapporo.

We should use tram for better and faster transportation.

Thankfully, we could use SUICA for the tram, and not buying another IC card.

 

Our first destination was Red Brick Warehouse, since it's near hotel.

Kanemori Red Brick Warehouse is a red brick souvenir and food shops.

Only open until 20.00 and it was already 18.00.

I bought Kamakura Warabi Mochi Sakura Latte there, and a few snacks.

 Near Red Brick Warehouse, we could see the sea!

At night, it was lighted by lamps, beautiful!

 

 For dinner, the four of us ate at Lucky Pierrot, a burger specialist restaurant in Hakodate.

It was pretty cheap, only 500-700 yen.

The burger was big enough to satisfy my hunger, can be compared with Carls.

But the taste was actually so-so.

 

 Okay. So, because we were very tired from all the stairs in Oshamambe,

we decided to call it a night after Lucky Pierrot.

We left with tram again to the hotel.

 

 

 

 

 In the morning, we were shocked by the plentiful breakfast.

Not only sushi, there was scallops too!

And many desserts to eat in the bright morning.

 After eating our breakfast, we decided to get to our plan, Goryokaku Tower.

But before that, we ate melon at the Morning Market (Asaichi) beside our hotel.

 We took almost an hour taking tram and walking to the tower.

The entry fee was around 1,100yen.

Therefore, only I and my sister going to the top of the tower.

 

I felt very satisfied by getting there.

Because looking at Goryokaku fortress from the tower

is my wishlist since 3-4 years ago.

It was finally fulfilled at that time.

And since the park was covered in snow,

I was mesmerized by the beautiful star-shaped like fortress.

 It feels cold, but cool at the same time.

There was a history of Hijikata Toshizo, the vice-commander of Shinsengumi.

 

 

From Goryokaku, we were queuing for Ajisai Ramen,

the famous one for Hakodate shio ramen, near Goryokaku.

But we thought the taste was actually bland, compared with what we ate in Susukino earlier.

But the queuing has gotten more and more!

I was thinking if the ramen was really good or not.

 

Not a fan of beer, but well, must try what locals do.
 

We left Ajisai around 13.00 and then took a tram to Yunokawa Onsen.

There was a Tropical Botanical Garden, which famous from its onsen monkeys.

It took us an hour to get there by tram and walking.

Entrance fee was around 300 yen.

 There was also a glass house filled with tropical flora and fauna.

 After Yunokawa Onsen, we came back to the hotel

to exchange JR Pass to Tokyo for the next day.

There, my mother decided to stay at the hotel,

while the three of us strolling around again.

The next destination is Mt. Hakodate Ropeway.

To get there, we used tram to Juujigai station, then walk on top of the slope.

It was very tiring for me...

Especially after so many walking before.

But I must go to the top of the ropeway!

 

Fee is 1,800 yen for going up and down.

I finally overcame my height fear there.

My sister's friend didn't go up, and preferred to walk to Hachiman-zaka Slope alone.

So it's only I and my sister at Mt. Hakodate Ropeway.

 

After that, the only option is to walk down the slope, to Hachiman-zaka!

 When I was researching about it, Hachiman-zaka was used by many people.

From dorama to commercials.

It is a pretty slope at night, but I went there in the afternoon around 17.00.

The slope was a bit steep.

So I grabbed my sister's hand and then we went down.

 

And finally, I met my sister's friend at the Red Brick Warehouse!

Hachiman-zaka Slope can be connected with Kanemori.

We strolled around Kanemori for a bit,

then decided to eat at convenience store around Hakodate station later.

We closed the day by eating convenient store bento.

The journey to Tokyo from Hakodate is a smooth one.

First, we took local train from Hakodate Station to Shin-Hakodate Hokuto station,

called Hakodate Liner.

Then, after arriving at Shin-Hakodate Hokuto Station,

we took shinkansen Hayabusa again to Tokyo.

 Arriving at Tokyo Station, we changed to Yamanote line to Kanda Station,

then arrived to our hotel, Sotetsu Fresa Inn Kanda Otemachi.

 Overall, the hotel in Tokyo is very small, compared with Hokkaido.

 

After that, we ate dinner around Akihabara, at Saizeriya.

That was the fourth time I took a walk in Akihabara, truthfully.

You can tell I'm already an expert there, but no.

It's my sister who always wanted to go to Akihabara and stroll around Radio Kaikan.

After eating at Saizeriya, we ate the ice cream from Cremia.

It was very delicious, because the cone was made from oishii biscuit-like.

 

 It turns out, there was a collab between Medalist and Suikoden II at Animate Akihabara.

I'm watching Medalist, especially the OP song,

is sung by Yonezu Kenshi and Hanyu Yuzuru, the medalist itself, as model.

After strolling around a bit at Akihabara, we decided to call it a night.

 

 

After arriving at the hotel, I knew that my leg was hurt a lot from the hiking shoes.

 DAY 7 MARCH 22, 2025 : SHINJUKU SWEETS PARADISE, CINNAMOROLL CAFE

Actually, the breakfast at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Kanda Otemachi is not that good.

Only a few choices and very pricey.

The taste was also not that good.

 

 Since we arrived at Shinjuku around 10.00, the shops were still closed.

Most of the shops at Shinjuku opens at 11.00.

We came to cafe Sweets Paradise, where you can take all you can eats dessert.

But since we didn't make reservation first, the time to come back is 13.20.

We took a stroll around Sweets Paradise and Cinnamoroll Cafe at Marui Annex.

But problem arise when my mother is missing.

But I finally found her after around 30 minutes.

So, without further ado, we went to Sweets Paradise (on time).

Apparently, Sweets Paradise had collaboration with Kusuriya no Hitorigoto.

I also watch the series.

The dessert there looks appetizing and delicious.

I tried so many of them, but I forgot to try the strawberry festa!

 I got Maomao's hot cocoa!

 We chose 80 minutes there, and we were very satisfied by all the desserts.

 But the wait for food is not over yet.

We went again to Cinnamoroll Cafe (my 2nd time, 1st time at Osaka).

Waiting for almost an hour and then found a seat for three people,

because my sister's friend went alone to other part of the city.

We ordered more food there, but actually, everything tasted bland.

It's just the curry I like, the blue one.

The latte doesn't even taste like latte.

But you can see how cute the decoration is, even to the bathroom.

After going to Cinnamoroll Cafe, we were strolling around Marui Annex

and then going back to the hotel.

 

 

 

 

Today is dedicated to Asakusa.

 Of course going in the Sunday would be very crowded.

But we can see how Asakusa is so lively.

 

 

The first thing to do is taking a fortune.

I'm not surprised by the result, which is normal.

Oh I think that's the best I could get.

After that, we went inside the temple a bit, then going to the back of it.

My mom purchased the senbei she like.

It is located in front of Sensoji though.

And then, we went to Sumida a bit to search for sakura,

but could not find anything there.

Finally, around 14.00 we went to Ikebukuro.

My sister bought clothes from Axes Femme, lolita fashion, at Sunshine City.

But I didn't buy anything.

Around 17.00, we got back to the hotel.

Was the second time for Disneysea for me and my family.

I woke up at 04.30 and skipped breakfast at the hotel.

But we only came to Disneysea at 07.00 o'clock.

My sister and her friend went missing,

but I used SMS and we got back together again.

We waited for 2 hours in front of the park,

but still couldn't get Frozen DPA or standby pass.

After arriving at the park, I quickly used my phone to get standby pass

for Tangled Rapunzel at 15.10.

We have meet and greet with Mickey first at the park.

 

 After meet and greet, we rode a gondola around Disneysea.

After that, we went to wait for 20.000 Leagues Under the Sea.

It was a dark ride, we could not see well.

But because I already watched Youtube about it, I know the story.

Then, it's time for lunch.

We had lunch at Vulcania Restaurant (again).

 

 Then, we went to Mermaid Lagoon, but didn't go further.

After Mermaid Lagoon, the next destination is Fantasy Springs.

I took a picture in front of there.

But it's so sad I couldn't get to see Frozen ride.

It means I must come again in the future,

because from April 1st, the ride will be free.

 

 Because there was still time for our Rapunzel ride,

we went to the gift shop first.

 My sister bought a book-like cookies of Fantasy Springs.

It was very cute.

And then, she bought Peter Pan popcorn bucket too.

Finally, we could enter Rapunzel's Lantern Festival around 15.05.

But after queuing for an hour, we got disappointed by the lenght of the show.

 

In the end, we could not get Peter Pan or Frozen.

So we decided to spend DPA for Peter Pan's Never Land Adventure.

But I didn't capture any of the ride, because it was in motion.

Just that, I love Peter Pan's ride more than Rapunzel.

It's very good and seems like a real flying motion.

 

 After Peter Pan, the next show is Big Band Beat.

 My mother refused to go upstair so she didn't watch it.

It's because we had to be seated at the second floor.

After that, we went to watch another Believe! Sea of Dreams show.

 It's my second time watching the show and still amazed by all of it.

The day ended without fireworks show.

So we decided to go back after my sister buy another Frozen popcorn bucket.

 

 The problem arise when we didn't get off the train at Ikspiari.

We got off at Disneyland,

so we must walk again to the Maihama train station.

It's such a tired day.

Thankfully, the shops at Tokyo station still open.

I bought a few of my favorite Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory

and went back to hotel at 21.45.

 

 

 

What to expect in Shibuya?

We arrived early around 10.00, but Hachiko

was already full of people taking pictures.

 My sister bought two lolita clothes from Shibuya 109 Amavel.

I only ate raclette cheese spaghetti there.

After Shibuya 109, we went to Matsumoto Kiyoshi nearby.

 

 
After going to Shibuya, the next is Harajuku.

 We saw a not-full-bloom sakura, and then ate IKEA cheap ice cream.

Upon walking in Harajuku, we saw Cremia again and bought it.

The queue was 30 minutes that time.

But my sister's friend bought it without queuing, so happy for her.

 There was also Mrs. Green Apple pop up store at Takeshita Street.

I didn't know that they will sing for Kusuriya no Hitorigoto next cour.

 I found Kusuriya at Sweets Paradise, then i found Mrs. Green Apple pop up store

at Harajuku, and they will collab in the future.

 

 Then, we took a stroll again to Akihabara.

We found the milk stand in the end.

The milk was good and cheap.

After that, we went to Radio Kaikan again, then head home.

 

 

 

 DAY 11 MARCH 26, 2025 : SANRIO PUROLAND KEIO-TAMA CENTER

 

Truthfully, I didn't want to go there.

But my sister insisted she want to see Cinnamoroll.

It took more than an hour to go there, with 1-2 trains.

We found the two trains at the beginning.

But when we went back, it was only 1 train.

Either way, we spent time there only for a few hours without my sister's friend.

She went alone to Kamakura.

 

First, we took a train to Keio-Tama Center Station.

Then, we arrived at the station full of Sanrio's pictures.

We went outside, and finally found the Sanrio Puroland without taking much time.

The first ride we went to is the boat ride, 80 minutes waiting time!

 

But the boat ride took a few minutes to be done.

So we think it's worth the wait.

Since we can see many Sanrio characters there.

 

After the boat ride, we felt hungry, so we ordered food at the cafetaria.

It was full packed of people!

But we finally had a seat right next to the counter.

Anyway, the food there was similar to Cinnamoroll Cafe.

Kuromi's black pepper curry was my top one best.

 

 

 The next part of my trip was to watch parade.

It was a parade for little kids.

But it's quiet fun.

The story is only about how Sanrio characters win against black queen.

And after my sister bought a few Sanrio's merchandise,

we went back home around 16.00.

 I didn't feel anything there.

We came back to the hotel right at dinner time, buying my mom's food.

Then, my sister and I went to Akihabara again to find Sushiro.

Sadly, the waiting time was 45 minutes

so we decided to eat at Marugame Udon instead.

After that, I followed my sister to buy her doll's clothes at Akihabara.

 

 

  DAY 12 MARCH 27, 2025 : UENO PARK, AMEYA YOKOCHO, TOKYO STATION

 

On the last day, we decided to see Ueno Park sakura.

 There was a festival there.

The sakura in Ueno Park is mostly pale pink, Somei Yoshino.

My sister likes the pink one, maybe Kawazu zakura?

Either way, we spent an hour there, buying mochi, takoyaki etc.

 

Sadly, it's not a full bloom.

But the festival still continues.

We ate much there, takoyaki, dango, etc.

And then decided to go to Ameya Yokocho or Ameyoko.

We found strawberries only for 500yen!

It's a big strawberry and very sweet.

 After that, we ate at Sushiro Ameyoko, with only 15 minutes waiting time.

 

 The next destination is Tokyo Station.

We only spent an hour there, because we were very tired.

In the end, my sister purchased a Cinnamoroll handbag.

 

 After that, we decided to call it a day.

Because tomorrow's flight will be in the morning.

But before that, we came to Starbucks

near Kanda Station and purchased my third Haruzora.

My mom and I went back to hotel, but my sister chose to stroll in Akihabara alone.

 

I forgot but I think it is a coffee with milk and strawberry.
 

 

 

 DAY 13 MARCH 28, 2025 : HANEDA AIRPORT TERMINAL 3

 

 It was raining outside.

Not too big, but after breakfast at 07.00, we decided

to pack our things and went through the rain.

It's 08.00 AM and then we arrived at the airport around 09.00.

After checking in luggage, we spent time at the imigration.

And then my sister decided to go buy Royce Chocolate with her friend.

Overall, a hectic morning but the flight went smoothly.

I got home around 20.00.

 

The overal first trip was full of delay and hectic schedule.

But after going to Tokyo, everything seems fine.

I'm glad this trip end without incident,

except my mom fell down on her knee at Hakodate.

 I hope I can get another trip to Japan.

Because I have yet to watch Frozen in Disneysea.

And there is Kusuriya no Hitorigoto attraction at USJ.

I don't know when will I come back.

But please wait for me again, Japan.
