DAISO Ellefar Glitter Eyeshadow #E (Coral), Mix Cheek Powder #2 Magic Color, Ever bilena Stick Foundation #Ochre, Brilliant Lip Gloss #Shine Cherry with Light
I'm back with the review from my DAISO haul in the previous post. I can't try everything at the moment, so I chose what I'm interested at. I have chosen Ellefar Glitter Eyeshadow in shade #E Coral variation, Mix Cheek Powder #2 Magic Color, Ever bilena Stick Foundation #Ochre, and Brilliant Lip Gloss #Shine Cherry with Light. All were bought from DAISO Singapore with $2 price for each item. It's a cheap products, but I'm sure I like them all. To see more of this items, read this post.
01. Ever bilena Stick Foundation #Ochre
I've watched Youtube videos using this product, but I was still afraid if this would give dry result on my skin because I've read that stick foundation tend to give dry finishing. How to open is like opening a lipstick.
I've watched a tutorial using a sponge for application. So I thought I'd try it. But the coverage would be very low, so I tried using my finger. And it works well with fingers. And what I'm very surprised is the finish result! It does too yellow for my skin, but I can cover it with powder, right? But the special thing for me is the matte finish, but not drying. My skin became hydrated enough, even without using a makeup base. Quite shiny under lightning. For me, the coverage is medium by working with fingers. But beware for oily skin. I think it will be melting on heat, though I'm not sure.
02. Mix Cheek Powder #2 Magic Color
If you see my previous post, there are two shades I bought. Shade #2 Magic Color and #3 Cute Color. The no.2 is a mixed pink and purple shade, with coral matte powder.
03. Ellefar Glitter Eyeshadow #E Coral
After applying, I can feel that the eyeshadow colors are dry, especially the white color. But even though it's dry, I don't dislike it as much as Canmake Four Shiny Eyes. It didn't left many fallouts on my cheeks too and could stick well on my eyes without primer. I like the color no.3 & 4. The accent color no.5 is also not too dark to fit my daily needs. All colors are very pigmented, especially white. With 2-3 swatches, it can be used on my waterline, while for another eyeshadows, it will take more swatch.
04. Brilliant Lip Gloss #Shine Cherry with Light
I chose Shine Cherry because I've watched in the video that the pigmentation was very sheer. If I chose light color, it wouldn't be noticeable on my lips. My sister chose the lighter pink, Baby Pink, of course. And I will try it too later.
Overall, Brilliant Lip Gloss is quite fun and it also has good result. It doesn't give dry effect on my lips too. I think it'll be good to choose a darker color for better pigmentation.
These four products from DAISO Singapore that I've tried are satisfying. I still have more to review, and hoping it will be as great as these too. I think Singapore is one of other country than Japan itself that sells latest cosmetics from there. I know that the price will be much higher compared to things I've bought here, but in Indonesia, everything are so late. I should prepare for my next trip if I want the latest product from Japan, then. I know these are made in China and Taiwan. But it's under DAISO Japan, so I'm relieved. They have prestige, so they won't make dangerous things. But some of my sister's figure arts are also made in China, even though they're from famous company. DAISO SG also sells foods and drinks. Very complete than here.
I'm so shame about the smoke. Even the owner from noodles shop we ordered in SG was asking about it to my sister. He was asking if Jakarta got the smoke also. Maybe he thought it would be balanced if we got the same trouble. But we're not getting the smoke. I shouldn't blabbering about Indonesia's weakness here, but everyone are already knows that. So, don't tell me this and that about loving Indonesia. I don't love living here, especially for the corruption and environment. When will we change? I'm not sure, but it'll take another hundred years for better mindset.
